| Mr.
Green was appointed Vice President of Exploration in April
2010. He previously served as Manager of Exploration. Mr.
Green has over 31 years of extensive petroleum industry
experience in the area of geosciences and operations. He has
become a world class oil and gas finder working onshore and
offshore Gulf of Mexico and several international locations.
Prior to joining Osyka, he
worked as an independent geophysicist for such companies as
Burlington Resources, Samedan, Phillips Petroleum, Anchutz, and prior to that
he worked for Amoco Production Company, Mobil Exploration and
Production Company and British Petroleum. Mr. Green holds a
B.S. degree in Geology and a minor in Mathematics from Memphis
State University.
