TYRONE G. BYRD Director

Mr. Byrd was appointed to the Board of Directors in April 2010. Previously Mr. Byrd served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until 2006. He is currently President of Y & T Development, LLC, a privately held real estate company. Before joining Osyka, he served as Treasurer of Texaco Worldwide Exploration and Production Company and Assistant Treasurer of Texaco Inc. as well as served on the Finance Department Leadership Team. Mr. Byrd also served as Vice President and Section Manager of Citibank from 1986-1989 and from 1977-1986 at Texas Commerce Bank (now JP Morgan Chase). He has an AB in History from Dartmouth College (Cum Laude) and acquired an MBA from the University of Chicago.
