Mr. Lewis has more than 26 years experience in the areas of General Accounting, Auditing and Forensic Accounting with major energy and chemical companies. He was previously employed with Lyondell Chemical Company's Legal Department as Manager of Global Internal Investigations. Prior to that he was the Manager of Internal Audit responsible for both domestic and international activities. Ron has held several senior positions in Accounting and Auditing with Atlantic Richfield Oil and Gas Company (acquired by BP). He was a former Special Agent with the Internal Revenue Services' Criminal Investigation Division.

Mr. Lewis has a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas and a Master Degree from the University of Colorado. He is a Certified Forensic Accountant. He has served on several advisory boards, most recently the Philadelphia Urban League.
