Mr. Harness has more than 29 years of oil and gas industry experience with Amoco Corporation, Texas Eastern Corporation, and Osyka Corporation. In 1989, Mr. Harness resigned from Texas Eastern where he was Manager of Worldwide Engineering to launch Osyka Corporation.

Mr. Harness holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University and a MS in Petroleum Engineering from Tulane University. Mr. Harness has extensive industry and relevant government relationships and is a member of IPAA and a former member of the National Petroleum Council. He currently serves on the Pioneer Drilling Company’s Board of Directors.
