Mr. Yarbrough advises management on field and reservoir development, asset management, corporate strategy, budgets and exploitation opportunities. Mr. Yarbrough joined Osyka in 2004 with extensive petroleum industry experience in the area of development geology and operations. His work experience includes more than 26 years with Conoco, where he progressed through a series of increasingly challenging geoscience and supervisory assignments. During his career he has generated and implemented numerous commercially successful development and exploration projects offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, and onshore in Louisiana and South Texas.

Mr. Yarbrough is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, where he is a certified petroleum geologist. He is a licensed professional geologist in the state of Texas and holds a B.S. degree in geology from Virginia State University.
