Mr. Greene is Founder and CEO of Jeff Greene
Executive Search Consultants (JGESC), a pioneer in executive
recruiting for nearly three decades. Mr. Greene’s innovative
strategic approach for leadership building, succession planning
and retention have contributed significantly to the difference
in the ethnic, gender and cultural diversity for America’s
corporate structure. In the mid-ninety’s at the request of
former President William J. Clinton and the Joint Chiefs of
Staff, Mr. Greene was commissioned to lead the diversity
staffing initiative for the Center for Military and Private
Sector Initiatives.
Mr. Greene is considered by many to be one of the
nation’s outstanding executive search consultants,
distinguishing him with clients in financial services. Mr.
Greene is featured regularly in major publications such as the
Wall Street Journal, Black Enterprise and Bloomberg. Prior to
his executive search career, Mr. Greene spent several years in
equity sales with LF Rothschild, Unterberg Towbin.
