Mr. Edwards
assumed the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer in September, 2006.
Prior to this position and since joining Osyka in 2000, Mr.
Edwards served a key function as Executive Vice President for
Business Development and Strategic Planning.
Mr.
Edwards has more than 30 years of experience in accounting,
finance, corporate
transactions and international negotiations. In 1999, Mr.
Edwards retired as vice president of international negotiations
for Amoco Worldwide Exploration and Production Company, where
he was responsible for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
globally. During his tenure at Amoco, he coordinated client
relationships, including those with corporate officials, heads
of national oil companies and senior government officials.
Mr. Edwards was formerly employed in similar mergers and acquisitions
managerial positions with Bell Atlantic (Verizon), Arco Chemicals,
Inc. and Sun Company, Inc. (Sunoco).
Mr. Edwards
graduated magna cum laude from LaSalle University with a B.S.
in accounting. He also earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business
School and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School
of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
