After more than eleven years of service in
Executive Management and as a Director, Mr. Edwards elected to
retire. On September 15, 2011 he moved from a Director to an
Advisor. Mr. Edwards was appointed
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August
2006. Prior to that position he was Executive Vice President of
Business Development and Strategic Planning. Before joining the
Company, Mr. Edwards worked at Amoco Worldwide Exploration and
Production Company, serving most recently as Vice President of
International Negotiations responsible for mergers and
acquisitions worldwide. Prior to that, he was in similar
positions at Bell Atlantic (Verizon), Arco Chemicals, Inc. and
Sun oil Company, Inc. (Sunoco).
Mr. Edwards holds a B.S. in
Accounting from LaSalle University, MBA from Harvard Business
School and a Law degree from University of Pennsylvania School
of Law. |
