Mr. Hirstein most recently served as Vice President of Finance for CAMAC International.  Mr. Hirstein has served in similar capacities with International Fuel Technology, Inc., General Manager of Portfolio and Planning for Shell Oil Company, Business Manager for Motiva Enterprises LLC (a Shell Oil Company Joint Venture) and Manager of M&A and Joint Ventures for Shell Oil Company.  Mr. Hirstein has developed a keen skill for creating and implementing vision for increased revenue, profits and improved performance.  He has worked on structured finance deals and implementing multi-million dollar acquisitions and joint ventures as well as cultivating profitable strategic alliances. 

Mr. Hirstein holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Mac Murray College and extensive work toward a Masters of Science in Finance from St. Louis University.
