Mr. Brown was appointed to the
Board of Directors in April 2010. He moved from The Board
of Directors to an Advisor on September 15, 2011. He is currently Partner in
the Corporate; Securities; Merger and Acquisitions section of
Porter & Hedges, LLP law firm. Previously Mr. Brown served as
Corporate and Finance Counsel, McDermott International, Inc. and
later for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mr. Brown holds a B.S. degree in
Accounting from Sam Houston State University, an MBA from the
Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and a Law degree
from Tulane University. |
