Osyka Corporation is a privately held oil and gas company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Founded in 1990, we have operations and interests in excess of 200 wells in over a dozen oil and gas fields in Mississippi, Texas, and Louisiana. Our goal is to aggressively grow reserves through:

• Targeting acquisitions with cost effective upside.
• Drilling a portfolio of balanced risk/reward wells.
• Utilizing appropriate technology before and after the drill bit.
• Controlling the cost of operations.
• Encouraging the creative talents of our people.

Over the last three years we have achieved phenomenal growth in both reserves and valuation. In 2006 we have in-house projects that offer opportunities that could double our current reserve valuation.

Our current reserves are predominantly oil. However, 2006 development and near field exploratory projects could significantly increase our gas to oil ratio.
